Terms and Conditions

*Ages 19 and Above Only* This tour is strictly for guests ages 19 and above. 

*Food Allergies* Guests are responsible for informing the tour operator at booking of any food allergies. The tour operator is not liable for any allergic reactions or related issues. The food samplings are carefully pre-selected to highlight the best each restaurant has to offer. For that reason, last minute substitutions cannot be made while on the tour.

*Alcohol Consumption* If a guest becomes visibly intoxicated (slurring speech, unsteady on their feet, disoriented, inability to follow instructions, impaired judgment/poor decision-making or visibly unwell)  The tour service will be terminated for that individual immediately. The tour operator reserves the right to make the decision for the safety and wellbeing for all guests.  In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

*Check In* Guests must check in at the designated location provided by the tour operator 10-15 minutes prior to tour beginning. Location will be provided when tour is booked.

*Minimum Participants* Each experience requires a minimum of 4 guests. If there aren't enough guests booked, you will be contacted to reschedule to a different date, or a refund will be offered.

*Language* Each tour will be conducted in English.

*Weather Conditions* A tour may be rescheduled or even possibly cancelled, if there are extreme weather conditions. Heavy snow or ice could be a determining factor. If this happens, the tour operator will reach out to reschedule the tour.

*Transportation* Each guest is responsible for their own transportation to and from the tour.

*Personal Property* The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of personal property.

*Aggressive Behavior* I have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, insulting, excessively loud or disruptive behavior. Any guest engaging in such conduct will be removed from the tour immediately, with no refund provided.  

*Public spaces outside of restaurants* Since we will be walking or driving between restaurants, all guests are required to follow proper sidewalk etiquette and respect traffic laws. This includes staying on designated walkways, being mindful of pedestrians and vehicles, being polite and respectful to the drivers and following any instructions given for safe travel.

*Not Included* Any purchased drinks and any gratuities to your tour provider are not included.
