I’ve always been drawn to the darker side of beauty—the macabre, the strange, and the things that make people feel a little uneasy at first glance. Insects live perfectly in that space. What many people see as creepy, I see as intricate, mysterious, and unexpectedly beautiful. By carefully pinning and preserving them, I love giving others the chance to slow down and really see them—the delicate wings, strange structures, and quiet elegance that usually go unnoticed. There’s something magical about turning something unsettling into something worth admiring. My lifelong love of arts and crafts naturally grew into this work, where creativity meets curiosity, and where I get to share the haunting beauty of these tiny creatures with anyone willing to look a little closer.
